30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Include original tags

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Returns must be requested before sending the item back. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Processing & Address

All returns are processed through our United States return facility operated by AOF RETAIL LLC.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the correct return address and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

This confirmation ensures that your return is properly tracked and processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

Sale items may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (see below).

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union or other applicable European countries, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

This statutory right applies regardless of sale status and is independent of our 30-day return policy.

If you exercise your 14-day withdrawal right, we will reimburse the product cost and the standard delivery charge (if applicable), in accordance with EU regulations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
